Beautiful Mtns

If you have ever eaten the grain called Quinoa, the fields of deep red in the pictures are all quinoa fields. The grain has a nutty taste and looks much like couscous when cook. As a bonus, it is filled with nutrients. It was really hard to capture it in the perfect sunset lighting because of the contrast. I tried my best, but you will have to use your imagination to fill out the rest of the picture of where we were.
